Diamond Setter with over 40 years experience

At 16 started my apprenticeship diamond setting at 23 went self employed in Hatton Garden for 25 years, have worked for many of the top companies in west end, have always strived to do better learning new techniques and passing onto my students, I really enjoy teaching and have done so now for many years and hope to do so for many years to come.

Over the years you never stop learning,picking up different techniques and Knowledge and the biggest game changer was getting a microscope and air engraver.
I also did the Gemology course that gave me the ability to identify gemstones and there hardnesses what is a must for setting gemstones.

I have been teaching diamond setting for many years now and thoroughly enjoy it, whether it’s to large companies or just one person at my workshop on a one to one basis.
